Default HELP!!

I have a '94 Integra GS-R. Stock engine, everything but the muffler is stock. My parents took off in the car this morning, and after about a block, the dash lights came on, power steering/brakes went out, and the car stopped. Windows, etc., still work. Engine turns over, but won't start, and shakes (rotates, if you know what I mean) on the mounts badly, like it's really trying to start. Timing belt is 30K miles old, there's no visible problems (fuse, hoses etc)... the car just won't start. Any help would be appreciated.

check if you are getting any spark
pull one of the cables from the distributor and place it near the contact
and have someone crank it and see if any spark
if not its your igniter that you need to change..

yeap as where it was connected before
but you want to see a spark jump thru
make sure you are holding to the insulated part of the cable.
or you be in for a nice shock.

Just in case anyone cared, it was the ignition coil. Cost $150 to fix, took 30min at the shop Only thing that sucks was the $75 towing.
