Hey bud, welcome to HT. Either of those will do the trick but seems overkill for that motor. Is the motor built up? I don't have any personal experience with either of those ecus but Hondata seems the more popular and cheaper option.

Either way you'll probably get better results checking the all motor section first as most of the guys here have a stock motor/ecu. (Search and if nothing comes up then ask )

Welcome, your best option is to post in all motor section or the integra section.
Unless you are going boost. I would recommended to get a chipped p28. They are cheap do the job on stockish motors or even boost.

First thing you need todo is learn to read.

second thing is get the right motor for the car or give us some more info. is the rest of the motor obd2? or obd1? What ecu are you currently running? If your pretty much stock there is no need for any thing other then an OEM ecu.
