Default HELP!!!!

my car was in a flood and i had 3inches of water on the inside of my car. i checked the ecu and its dry and everything is fine. but there was water all the way through of my exhaust. after i drained all of the water out of the exhaust i started it. now i have a problem to where it idle surges and it wont let me go past 3500rpms. it sounds like i have a ligit 2step. what should it be?

Sounds like its in limp mode! make sure the o2 sensors are dry and the cat is dry, then unplug the ecu for 5 mins then replug it in, this will reset the ecu and hopefully the motor will run better than new.
