Default my car sucks (help me)

yesterday my car got flooded and there was a lot of water in it. My ecu got soaked and everytime i start it. It would act up and die. Could it be my ecu and the wire harness or could the water got in my exhaust and fucked up my motor?

Same thing happen to me with my EM1. What happen was i parked at an area where water filled up easily and my car was so lowered. Next thing you know it flooded my interior. When i tried to start the car it first started then it boggle down and die. So what I did was I took my ECU apart and air spray the thing to dry off all the water. After I did that the car started up but it still boggle. So, I took my EM1 around for a drive and there was like a GANG of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. It looked like a house burning or something that how much smoke was coming out of it. Cruise the street and pushing my RPM all the way up hitting Vtec and all to clear up all the smoke. And it work fine now. After driving for like 2 miles at HIGH RPM it cleared out all the smoke. Hope my EXP help you some.
