I have a 95 JDM GSR and as messed up as it sounds my vtec secondaries aren't opening.. I have went back and I have contnuity in the wiring I have no other explanation I swapped computers and I still can't understand what could be the problem any opinions are welcome thanks! PS I am planning on elminating the problem with a skunk2 im but I still would like to know what is causing the problem

 

Check to see if your car is low on oil

he doesn't mean vtec, he's talking about his intake manifold secondaries.
check the vacuum lines.

 

oops I didn't see the typo but I will check the vaccum lines thanks

 

On the intake manifold theres a gold round thing with a vacuum line hooked to it make sure the line is on and the plunger is moving.Thats what controls your secondaries.
