sounds like a bad catalytic converter.........165 for a brand new carsound cat........the worst damage it can be doing is that its not flowing as good and your losing HP but i doubt its having any adverse effects on your motor

The flashing ABS light indicates there is a set of trouble code stored in your ecu. It might have triggered way back sometime. You need to clear the code before the abs light will stop flashing ever time you check the CEL. As soon as I get home I will look into the Helm and see what the code means. Well ampm_nyc if your Integra is 1998 and up then your code 16 is right rear wheel sensor (eletrical noise and intermittent interruption). If you car is 1997 and earlier then you need to pull the code again because there isn't a code 16 for the earlier models.

Try clearing the abs code from the ecu and see if it reappears. To clear it for the 1997 and earlier model just remove the jumper wire from the service connector and then remove the 15 amp ABS B2 fuse for three seconds and plug it back on. Then recheck and see if it still flash when you jump the service connector.
For the 1998 and up model you need to with the jumper wire still installed and the ignition off, press on the brake pedal and then turn the ignition on. When the ABS indicator light goes out, release the brake pedal until the light comes on again and press on the brake pedal. Hold the pedal down until the indicator light goes out and release the pedal. The indicator light should blink twice to indicate that the codes are erased. Turn off the ignition, remove the jumper wire and plug in the service check connector.

for the code 67...just reset your ecu...if it pops up again take out your secondary 02 and clean it..maybe its a little dirty..if not..change the cat...this happened to my friend but we both determined that he just got some bad gas.....

Yep, I'd have to agree. Make sure you haven't worked on the secondary 02 sensor, or anything like that.

It's a common problem.

Just clear the code and see if it comes back.
