Helms 2000 Teg shop manual supplement?

Helms 2000 Teg shop manual supplement?
I was going to buy the Helms manual from http://www.Helminc.com for $64 and I noticed a seperate 2000 Integra shop manual supplement for another $38. Does anyone have this and/or know if it is necessary for me? Note: the regular manual listed says 1998 teg manual, but it notes that it covers 98-01.

i ordered mine a week ago.. got it today.. and they sent me the 95's manual.
called the back and bitched them out. oh well. should be getting the 98 manual soon (for my 00). what's in the supplement?

Thats what I'm trying to figure out. When I called them, they said I would need to buy it. They said it has material that is different for the 2000's (compared to the '98s). She did not know what the differences were exactly. I was hoping someone here may have bought it and/or know what it contains.

well considering there was more than one 2000 integra built, that would make more than one header different.
