hey just bought my 95 GSR with a 97 GSR engine in it. currently bone stock.
its a nice ride.

gonna look for a j's racing replica intake or aem CAI. dont know what else i should do with my 400bux

 

you should maybe get some coilovers........
or get some new tires......
and get a security system, u wouldnt want your care getting stolen

i heard j's racing intake doesnt fit on a GS-R? i'm not sure.. but yea u can get that for cheap or a E-bay intake with a diff filter for under 50.. 400 huh? what do u want to do with it? [ the car that is. i.e. autocross, drag, etc ]

ITR sways for 150 is an awesome mod.
springs if u want to lower it?
but if u get springs be sure to look into shocks.. i mean u can ride them on stock shocks but if u got some other ones they would ride better..

Since you're in LA, I'd start with security if you dont have it. Then maybe an JDM ITR header with a 2.5in collector, whatever intake you want, and a larger full exhaust. From there work on handling.
