Default headlight issue

recently i have been having electrical problems with my 93 integra. Im thinking there is a short in the electricals for the brakes because the car loses some rpm's at idle when im on the brakes, and the headlights dim a little bit when i hit the brakes. Also, one headlight and foglight assembly is noticably brighter than the other. I was thinking maybe they are on separate fuses and thats the issue but i do not know which fuses are for the headlights as i am missing my cover for the fuse panel. Gonna meter the headlight pins tonight but please post if you have any ideas.

sounds like your battery, not enough ground.
