Headers?
on both headers? or just one? j/k
you have to put on the oxygen sensor or it will say check engine . but if the HEADER did not come with a bung for the sensor i heard if you wrap the sensor with foil it won't throw a code i have never tried it thoe so if it doesn't work don't blame me.

Huh?? The o2 sensor on 94-95 GSR's were on the cat, not on the header. Do you have a custom exhaust??

Well, you said you didn't remove the sensor from your cat, so it's still there. Right?
Pull the error code - your check-engine light might be completely unrelated. But if it's the O2 sensor, then maybe you broke it's wires when you were installing the exhaust. There's not much extra slack...
When I installed my DC header, I left the sensor screwed into the cat, but I unplugged it's wiring harness. Put it all back together & never throw a code. Just to let you know that the header doesn't have to cause a code.
