There's a guy that sells Toda and RMF replicas on the marketplace here. Don't remember his name but his threads are easy to spot. Those are the best bang for the buck headers you'll find.

ive been forum searching the past few days about headers as a possible upgrade soon and it seems the best bang for the buck is probably what he suggested, look in the marketplace for a replica header if u want something brand new. Me personally im trying to stay smoggable so im either gonna go with a itr exhaust manifold, edelbrock if i can find one cuz its carb, or possibly a dc header cuz its also carb. Id love to go with a replica but dont want to hassle with smog swaps and the potential for ticket. Forgot to mention im leaning towards jdm itr 4-1 or 4-2-1 cuz i can potentially pass it as stock and smog it.

Used is an acceptable option too since i really shouldnt spend 3-500 either. You guys happen to know if i were to get a really cheap header in the above options or similar thats maybe dented on the bottom, still worth it as an improvement over stock and save chunk of money? Its just a daily driver that im gonna do some basic bolt on upgrades.

If you want a 2.5" I would recommend finding Jun or a "jdm" Rs*r. I have a Rs*r with a 2.5" collector and I found that online for about $275. My bro got a great deal on his Jun for $150. These are also suggestions to what the individual above said. All have proven good gains to a b16/18

I posted a similar thread/poll for this in the all motor forum, most of the love went to the RMF Narrow replica which can be found in the marketplace or on eBay. Another notable was the SMSP and the Toda replica headers.

Do you plan on maintaining AC/PS/Full radiator?. . . .something to think about since not all headers are compatible.

GL w/search.

ooh that is a good question as i was noticing some people had either 1 fan out or a short radiator or both. I definately need something that would fit in their stock. The other thing is clearance but op may have experience with this already with his dc header. Im not slammed but i dont have a wheel gap either. One of the reasons im hoping to come across a jdm 4-1 is cuz i think it has slightly better clearance and its stock design.

No name ebay headers are the same as the HT replica headers (they all come from china). So you could save more by buying from ebay directly.
