a HEADER(singular) Causes the engine to heat up more because the heat shield is removed.. There are things you can do to avoid that.. you can buy some **** from GREEDY and some other companies to counter the extra heat... I dont think its needed however.. The engine should not over heat just because you take the heat shield off.... Should be fine!

Before you decide exactly what type of header you want, you should decide what do you want for your car in the long run.. if it's going to stay N/A go ahead and get intake, header, exhaust- if it's going to be turboed, save the money..JRSC..also save the money for a header that works well with JRSC (kamikazee)

I would strongly reccomend the DC Sports 4-2-1 header, or the 4-1 header if you are looking for more top-end gains. The haven't been very many people with heat problems around here.

if you go turbo then you will endup replacing the headers, so dont buy it. also your intake will probably endup being removed.
thats why everyone says to figure out wehter you want na or fi and then plan accordingly.
i hope you have a 3" catback piping to go with the turbo you plan

They won't ruin your engine and in my experience, it was easily the most noticable power modification to date. If you are concerned, get a JDM ITR 4-1 w/ Upper and Lower Heatshields, if it fits on your head.
