Which headers??
I am wanting headers for my 94 
Teg GSR which i have been looking at neuspeed or DC, and if i should get 4-1 or 4-2-1, which brand and which type should i get???

Well, you can only get one header since you have a 4 cylinder engine (since I KNOW someone would post that 
).
Also, do a search, this topic has been covered approximately one million times. Most would say that the JDM DC 4-1 header is the best bet though, but it's a bit pricier since you have to get other stuff with it (flange, gasket, cat/test pipe).

JDM DC 4-1 is a great buy...but also i hear it hangs a little lower..and can dent on impact...so also depends on how low your car is and how hard your suspension set up is..i'm sure it would be okay if u had 17's..

I'd go with JDM 4-1 Header. It should cost you more money than other Headers out there. Especially because you need to get a 2.5inch Cat. Convert. along with the JDM 4-1's. Your car won't pass smog tho. But I've heard from people that with the Heat Shield, it passes. IDK how that works. 
If thats too much trouble for you, get the DC 4-1 Header! Its GREAT and did VERY well in the test. I wanted to get the JDM's but I didnt wanna take the chance of not passing smog...
