and where will the header crack? i've never heard of a header cracking. at the most, reading up on archives, i've heard about the bolt breaking from the header-cat connection because it wasn't a spring bolt, but header cracking?

Headers can crack - though I dont know about down by the collectors... Sometimes the welds on the runners, right up by the main outlets from the block..

Because it's a 3 bolt flange header, and not your standard 2 bolt design where you use Donut gaskets and spring bolts. I can't use donut gaskets and spring bolts because it's a 3 bolt flange. Thas why I got the flex pipe to take all the beatings from the movement.

i wouldnt extend the wire i extended the wire on mine. just buy an o2 bung and weld it on it wont be too much to do this. lengthengin any wire will increase resistance i wouldn't fawk with the o2 wiring especially the first one second one doesnt matter too much.
edit. my bad i didnt c that there was a bung on the header. umm yea for the second one its all good extend it.

Your car is going to be f*ckin screaming through 9,000 rpm.
Anyways, great setup, and if i were you, i'd plug up the 2nd bung if you are just planning to run the obd1 all the time. Not unless if you have emissions that actually check what computer you are running.
