Header Problem
I had the same problem, those bolts can be a bitch. Instead of trying to power the bolts off get the ratchet on it and push it lightely in teh direction to loosen it then hit the ratchet with your hand and keep doing that, and it should come loose. Or, if you have access to air tools, use those.
damn some people complainign about header bolts on these cars must be pretty weak lol i took mine off a 225K and 9yr worth of heat cycled head with a 12mm deep socket and a standard socket wrench, of course i did remove them immediately after i shut the car off after driving it for an hour so the bolts were pretty hot...trying letting the car run for a little bit and then loosen them up
well when i was trying to do it (take the bolts off) it was 10 am and the night before i was out til 6am so figure it out no sleep = no energy. But its a done deal
I took my comptech header off and now my oem is on. Now when i drove to get some pizza my car vibrated alot especially when i shifted and the steering wheel ????? I dunno what to do???? And my rpms arent matching my speed like they did in the comptech what should i do? broken gasket??

Just get some WD40 and soak them up and then go to tighten the bolt and then loosen. Keep doin that and then go for it and take them off.
.
its called leverage dude...the further the point of force from the object of motion the less force required to move said object
longer the handle the less muscle it takes to turn the nut lol
shes 5'7" 105lbs lol, hell i even took the lower manifold bracket off and im not much bigger than her, maybe the newer hondas were made with cheaper bolts to save money, i swear ive never had an overly difficult time taking off any stock bolts from this car
