Default header poll

So i basically destroyed my 4-1 ceramic DC header the other week, now there is a leak. I am in the market for a new header and was recieved a good offer on a stainless 4-2-1 two piece Greddy header. But im not sure if i want to go with a DC ceramic 4-2-1 one piece header instead.

Basically just want some opinions and some history on the Greddy, i liked my 4-1 DC alot, treated me well, i just didnt like how low the 4-1 sat plus with autoX i think i want a little more lower end power.

Lend me some info if you all can about your expierences with Greddy header. I think it will be nice since im running a Greddy Evo2 Exhuast with ITR axle back.

DC is good but Greddy is better if u have the cash spend it on the greddy...

A buddy of mine has a 4-2-1 Greddy header on his dc2 for a little over a year now and has never encountered any problems.

it really depends on climate and how it is treated that determines the life span of the header

if you have the money for a brandnew stianless DC i would go like that because it probably isnt dented to hell like most used headers are

Well its a brand new Greddy that i got the deal on. Climate in Florida well you know how it is, ******* hot and humid. Im planning on wrapping it anyways. Im feeling pretty good about the Greddy 4-2-1 now, but if you all got anything else let me know.

I dont want to spend more in the DC stainless.

IMO, the Greddy 4-2-1 header is great. I am running it with the AEM v2 and Greddy Evo2 cat back and I have not yet run into any problems with it. It sounds great, and performs just as good.

I don't reccomend that. I have no expeirence, but from what Ive heard it causes moister to stay trapped which we all know causes rust. I think there was something else but I can't remember.

I like my JDM ITR headers myself...That coupled with no Cat made a 4 MPH difference in my 1.4 mile.

I have an ebay header. (DC-S they call it) and it works great for me. It sounds like DC has alot of problems with it being bent n ****.
