header of choice low-mid range pooWAA
hi people, i have an integra gsr, and i'm done with the suspension now, so i wanna move on to a lil bit more power and im planning on getting the rs-r exmag exhaust system, i have a stock nsx intake box lying around... so i was thinkin that would be good for intake, but the header i dunno what im getting, but i want the setup to gimme more low-mid range power. please let me know what you guys think and please give me some suggestions.

I would try a search in the Integra or Tech forum for dyno sheets. Do a search for the "great header test" or something like that. A bunch of headers compared on a dyno.
Big-$$$ headers can be custom built to get you what you want: Hytech, SMSP come to mind.

yah i know there are a lot of test but i was wanting to get some input from ricer or at least people with experience not just graphs

I take it you mean "racer". While increasing the low/midrange section of a Honda torque curve is an epic task (it's hard), the two companies I named can make custom length and diameter systems for your car built for what you want to with it.

Toda! yeah it is pricy, but it is definately worth it. Mid-range is awesome! and the ground clearance can't be beat
