Header Bolt Pattern?

I just got a new header and was wanderin if there is a specific way to bolt to the head? What would be the bolt pattern if any?

You begin at the center, and then alternate outwards.

and after you drove around, re-torque them again when engine is cold

how tight do you torque them down? 25 ft/lbs?
