Default header?

there is probaly a thread already out there, but i cant seem to find it. what is better, a 4-2-1 header or a 4-1 header?

It depends where in the power band you want your HP, 4-2-1 = Low to mid RPM horsepower. 4-1 = Mid to High RPM horsepower. What other things do you have done to the engine? Things must compelent one an other...ie Larger TB with larger IM larger and shorter runners, Cams, the header and exhaust...This is the wat you will make power my friend. Header alone will not do **** for you, it help lose power.

i have intake and cat back
lightened flywheel(prolly doesnt help with exhaust)
spark plugs and wires
