Head Casting Help
I am trying to identify my motor. The front plate got damaged and you cant read it. The head casting says PR4-8. It has the lumpy valve cover with a completely smooth intake manifold (doesn't have any words on it).

nope, 94-95 teg LS has this motor with this intake manifold stock. unless they changed manifolds, its a 94-95 LS. why dont u just look at the stamp on the front of the head?? it says the year the head was produced

yes. but all the OP has to do, is look at the casting on the head where the YEAR OF THE MOTOR is stamped.
