Im not sure if I have ever heard of Skunk2 B Cams. I think your talking about Skunk2 Stage one or stage 2 camshafts. If your getting these cams and want to get the max out of them, then yes the valves, retainers and springs are a good idea. Also, cam gears are always beneficial for dyno tuning.
yeah i have a AEM v2, skunk2 intake manifold, dc 4-1 "type-R" headers, no cat (way 2 loud), apexi n1, obd1 gsr ecu (not chiped yet), and a apexi V-afc.
yeah i ment stage 2 mixed it up with the toda b's

You have a pretty good setup going. So if you really want power then yes skunk2 stage 1 or 2 would be beneficial to your setup. I don't know if all those parts are going to coexist and work well with each other but thats another thing. You may want to seriously consider getting some headwork done. A p n p or anything to open up the air flow. You could consider some tranny upgrades too....
Research befor doing anything. The key to a really fast car is how much air and fuel your head can flow, choose parts wisely. Fuel system upgrades should not be a consideration until you have the power to where it is required, otherwise it is overkill and could hurt performance.
