Default Head bolt stripped

What are b18b1 thread pitch in standard and metric? Ik it’s like m11x1.5 but what metric sizes? Pls help or correct me

Honda tends to use 1.25 metric thread pitch. Most tap and die sets have a thread pitch tool that you can use to verify the thread pitch. Also the Honda bolts won't have an SAE equivalent as they use unique or uncommon metric sizing for most of them.

I suspect it's going to be an M12 x 1.25 head bolt with a M14 head. This is purely a guess, you will have to confirm.

the kit you buy to put in fresh threads should have a tap for you to use.

oh right just reminded me, that tool you got for free at home depot to pull cam seals? didnt work for me. cheap Chinese metal. it bent at the tip. not hating, just sayin thst I gave it a try.
