Default hard shifting

i have a gsr and my trans is hard to shift because the little shaft that comes out of the trans that hooks to the shift linkage is bent i just need a knew one i was wondering if some had any idea of how to replace it

yea that really didnt help i already have the trans out of the car its not that hard to disconnect the shiftlinkage

How about you search before you ask a question. There are a lot of pages out there full of information. Don't expect the answers to fall in your lap.
