What brand O2's are you using? Are you running any type of fuel additives?

and just to add the motor is stock, even a stock header that the lower section of the manifold there is a slight gap where the gasket goes but wasnt sure if this would cause this issue.

When your sensor blows, is there a cel coming on? If so what is it?

i feel like a trend is starting to happen with cars running rich now that its summer and its warmer. mines the same way. are your plugs fouling out? get a new air filter or clean yours if its aftermarket. i would also try fixing that gap in the stock manifold. when you put the o2 sensor in did you touch the sensor at all? that will foul it out.

as far as main. on the car iv changed out air filter / spark plugs / fuel filter / dizzy / injectors / fuses / FPR /Fuel rail/ tried the old dizzy with new cap /rotor /

iv gone throught 4 o2 sensors in the last 6 months. As far as touching the o2 i dont believe i ever did other than the end you use to hold it while you are getting it in place on the bung.

im just now posting cause i was tryin to see if anything has happened similar since anything iv done hasnt corrected the issue. And wondering if possibly a header could do something like that. I want to just change that out with a cheap one one that is a one piece just no funds at the moment and not sure what would be reliable for a cheap price.

thank you for your reply and look forward to any other info anyone can provide.

the header shouldnt have an impact. its the air going through it obviously. as long as it physically fits the header shouldnt have an impact

sorry to ask again but .... since there is a gap in the header it is leaking before the o2. I didnt know if this could cause a lean reading and possibly blowing it. since that would effect the air going through it.
