Default H&R Spring Install

I am ordering H&R Springs (Stage 1 OE minimal drop) from groupbuy tomorrow morning, and I need to know about installing them - is it possible to do it myself, or if I need to take it to a place will they have a problem installing the parts that I ordered? How much will it cost to have them insalled?
TIA
Nate

most places that i called were charging $100, do it yourself its easy. just goto pepboys and rent a spring compressor, its free. make sure u get it at pep boys its the only ones that works the easiest. get a friend over ull need him to stand on the assembly TRUST ME. overall a spring install is very easy. dont waste your money having it installed by someones else

if you try searching the archived stuff a bit I'm sure you find posts on this.

basically it comes down to having the right wrenches, some PB rust spray (get this stuff!), and then the spring compressor.....the first one or two will go slow, but once you get the hang on it everything should go smoothly.

Whats this PB blaster, I'm going to do a spring install soon too. Is it the same as wd-40 and liquid wrench?
