GSR with Sk2 IM and dual valve springs type r cams

New LMA in GSR with ITR cams?
So I've got ahold of some type r cams
I'm wanting to put them In my GSR.
I have dual valve springs on both sides with stock retainers
GSR LMA
Skunk 2 Intake manifold
header and buddy club spec 2 exhaust
Has base tune from phearable
Can I drop in itr cams and expect any gains without tuning on s100 for awhile? (Dont have cash for s100 or dyno tuning at the moment)
What would I set the valve lash to with the ITR cams?
I've read different things about needing a type r LMA to run them safely. I've also heard I'll need cam gears and there is a possibility of running to lean with the itr cams. Just looking for a definite answer as to what I'm expecting to gain and is it going to be safe to run with GSR LMA and without a tune for awhile?
