we just installed type r cams onto my gsr 94 and its revving up and down pretty low as well.. do i just need to get my ecu retuned? i got it tuned to my gsr.. but could the ecu be the problem.. its revving quite low like around 500rpm. and the motor shakes a lot too.. any suggestions.. the timeing is not off and the springs valves all that has been set to torque specs and the valves has been adjusted.. any suggestions on why my engine keeps on revving like its going to shut off on me..?????? thanks in advance

try adjusting the idle screw on the throttle body. Fwiw, I never changed the tune on my ecu when I dropped in R cams, and it runs fine.

do you know why there is this thing that feels like its hitting the car? and why is the car still so low on the rpm?

you might have a cam gear off by a tooth.

your cam gear could be off a tooth and need to fix the timing. other then that if everything was put on right w/ dual valve springs it should run good.
