Default gsr internals?

can someone name the internals that comes in a gsr block i want to make sure i have everything for my next build.

pistons
crank
rods
rod bearings

what else am i missing?

Clearly you havent done a first or else you wouldnt have to ask this question. What exactly are you starting with and going to? "Everything" is a very vague term. Pistons/rods/crank is pretty much everything, unless ofcourse you have a bare block and need "everything".

no the block is complete i just need to replace the rod bearings and pistons and i was going to use ls rods reason why im asking is because i blew my ls block i had a ls vtec setup but the head is still good and i was going to use my ls rods get new bearings and use type r pistons

you need to use the ls crank if you want to use ls rods
