Default gsr block with ls crank... which rods?

when i rebuild my gsr block, i am planning on used an ls crank, but i am a little unclear on a couple of things. first, which rods? i am almost 99% sure the answer is ls rods, but i just wanna confirm. are there any other issues that i should be aware of? lemme know, thanks.

you will use the ls rods and you will have too block off the oil squirters bacause the counter weights will hit the, but other than than that you will be fine
i would also use acl bearings

what if i go with aftermarket rods like eagle or crower, will i still lose the oil squirters?
