i have a 94 ls and a gsr dc header will it work with no probs? bolt up?

 

i dont think so...

 

it will bolt right up to your motor...but it won't bolt up to your cat.

 

how big is the piping on the gsr header as opposed to a LS header? well... the area that connects to the CAT

 

piping size is the same in terms of diameter, but the pipe is a different length. To put it into perspective, you can either run a GSR header, GSR cat, and GSR exhaust on the LS and it should fit perfectly (they need to be from the same time period - meaning 94-99 or 00-01) - or you can use a GSR header and see where the mismatch occurs using LS cat and LS exhaust piping, then modify from there.

 

what if i buy a gsr exaust would it all bold up then?

 

you need a gsr cat too, it will be more cost effective to just weld the exhaust piping to fit the GSR header. Also, the measurements from 94-99 and 00-01 GSRs are different, so you would need all 3 parts from the same set of years.

 

how much will u want for ur gsr header. is it dc and u think it will fit my four door gsr
