Default Ground Controls

i have a new set of ground controls, how do i kno wut the spring rate is, and does it really matter? im just a guy that likes racing on the streets/track....and for shocks, i got the tokico white, 5 way adj. are those bad? or they ok?

There not bad, just personal choice i guess. Not bad, just not as good of a setup as the koni's i think, but hey they will work.

The spring rate is on the spring and will say something like 00400 which is 400 lbs measured at one inch compression. Spring stiffness matters alot as it determines how stiff your car will ride. A streetcar might have a 300 and a race version might have 800.
