i think limited editioins were made in mass production to fit a bunch of cars and thus they are cheaper. regular GC's are specific for each car. that's what i heard...

limited ground controls can adjust from 0" - 3.5" where as normal ground controls adjust from 1" - 4". Correct me if i'm wrong.

Do they still ride the same? If so, wouldn't everybody be buying those instead of the more expensive ones?

I always thought the Limited Edition ones were a lower spring rate to make it more "streetable" or whatever... I don't really care, I'm going to be ordering custom spring rates to go on the special new Koni-specific GC sleeves that cover the whole shock body.

So the limited edition ones would be better for street? I just want to know if they really ride the same cause i was thinking about ordering a set but still debating if i should get the limited ones or the reg. ones which cost a little more. I was just planning on droping the car like 2".

The regular ones, you can choose custom spring rates. The Limited Editions are fine.

i've got gc's n' konis.. 380F 500R i love em.. the fact that u dont have to wait months and months for the boats to come in just to swap spring rates is definitely a convenience...

exactly. The ones made for the dc are 350/280 and i know the limited edition is softer than the dc rates... all it is, is a lowering spring... not something you want to take to the track or handle turns at a high rate of speed at.
