Default Ground-Control's?

Does anyone have Ground-Control's on their 3rd Gen. Integra's. How do they ride? I don't want anything that rides all bouncy and poo poo. Someone have any advice on these?

The great thing about GC is that they can and will tailor the setup to your car and what you want to do with it. Make sure you tell them what shocks you are running so you do not get springs that will be too much for the shock to handle.

My GC's ride great. Of coarse i came from riding on Nuespeed race springs. That's exactly what they are for....racing and just that.

Personally I wouldn't buy GC's unless I were using them with Koni Adjustable shocks (adapter needed to use the GC's w/ Konis). Other than that, I wouldn't use any other coilover sleeve setup.

I love my GC's they ride great and as stated earlier you can change the spring to what you need....i recommend buying adjustable shocks...I ride on Tokico illuminas on all four corners..but i've noticed that everybody likes the KONI yellows...i'm sure they're better but they're alot more expensive...and the five settings on my illuminas are enough...for a weekend drive

Main reason I like the GC's only with Konis is because of the way the sleeves use an adapter to attach to the shock and completely replace the Koni spring perch. IMHO it's a better and cleaner setup.

I have GC's with Tokico's now and I cannot wait to get rid of the set-up. The car feels way too bouncy. Then again maybe I have the wrong spring rates. The shocks went real fast, I mean REAL fast, and the drop was nothing dramatic. I mean maybe 1.5 inches front and back.

I have the special edition GC's. The ride is close to stock comfort, but stiff enough to handle much better. I recommend them. I'm still running stock shocks though.

This may sound stupid, but as to what Got-VTEC said, aren't the GC's height adjustable?

ChaseIntegra:

The GC's are height adjustable but you can still get different spring rates.

GC's with a properly equipped/set shock/strut will NOT be bouncy.

many people think the springs make you bounce and jounce, but actually the shocks/struts job is to keep the car from doing exactly that. They absorb the bounce to keep it to a minimum of one up or down after a bump. Get GC's and some nice Konis... Yellows or even Reds are great.
-and as mentioned above, the GC's that are made to match to a Koni shock do look a lot cleaner... they save you a few ounces tooooooooo
