The rates that GC gives you are for the street , and soft enough, unless specified otherwise. If you want soft, I wouldn't recommend coilovers because they use linear rate springs. Go for some lowering springs, like Eibach Prolines, they have progressive rates. HTH

Those rates seem really low to me. I got 380f 400r on mine with the koni yellows, and it rides really nice. Its not as soft as stock but its not harsh either. I haven't heard of anyone lowering their car and still having stock ride comfort. It wouldn't hurt to call GC & ask their opinion. I thought there were very helpful & friendly.

I ordered 400F, 350R, but haven't put them on yet so I can't really comment on the ride.

Eibach Pro Kit is progressive rate. The rates are approx. F330-350/R150-190. Very smooth ride.

GC set me up with 325F and 250R. The rears were longer (i think 9").
I rides good as long as your on smooth roads. When I'm on bumpy roads you can REALLY feel every bump. The handling is great!!!

Oh yeah, I have Tokico adjustables FYI.

don't waste the money on ground controls if you're aiming for a soft ride. aside from stock springs, I'd go for H&R OE or H&R sports like i have. if you care about performance...get some good shocks too..koni!
