Default Grinding when decelerating...

Well my Gs-R seems to be grinding when I'm decelerating, happens in 1~3 gear, what seems to be the problem? Tranny fluid? Clutch related? or something else?

It could be the throw-out bearing. I know mine is shot, and it grinds making a scraping sound when decelerating.
