Default Got a tuff decision

I have found two integras. One is a 1995 se and has 82,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition($7000 obo). The other is a 1997 gsr and has around the same mileage and also is in good condition($10,600 obo). I can probably get the 1995 se down to about $6500 because the guy just got a family car and he needs to sell it asap. The only thing is I wanted that vtec and the extra horsepower of the gsr. I know that some of you are going to say just get the vtec head but I heard that there are some side affects like not being able to rev up past certian rpms (atleast that is what i read in a magazine).

I dont know though just give me some info on which one sounds the best and possibly what I could do to get some good gains engine wise out of the se if you choose that one. Thanks

LS "special edition". get the gsr. the price of a properly built ls vtec with high revving capabilities is much more than the average person thinks.
