Goodridge Steel Braided lines installed.
I put em on yesterday. Very simple, not much to do.
The only problem I had, was with the last banjo bolt, It was weak or something and it snapped under only 17 ft-lbs of torque. It just twisted and snapped in half. Luckily I was able to remove the broken piece from within the caliper, and reuse the original banjo bolt that came with the car.
The lines themselves are of excelent quality, They mounted perfectly. They were a bit longer than stock lines, but this caused no problems.
I flushed the system with some ghetto brake fluid, than added some motul DOT 4 brake fluid. Checked for leaks, and took my babay for a spin, so that I can test them out. I initially just went around the neighborhood, making normal stops at all the stop signs, did a few quick stops, and went back home to check for leaks. No leaks.
I later decided I wanted to test the car out in slightly harsher conditions, so at 3:45 am, after I dropped my records and stuff off at home, I took the teg to my favorite desolate twisty mountain road. Touge!!!!
The pedal feel's nice and firm, much better than stock. I feel like i have much more controll over the brakes now. I could brake a bit later than before, it was nice!
Overall, im very pleased with the results. I wish I would have done this mod alot sooner. It was worth it.
Tomorrow afternoon Im installing Hawk racing pads to go along with the lines and fluid. I cant wait till tomorrow night!
I'll report back tuesday to post about those. I hope they live up to all the hype.

Good to hear! I have my Goodridge lines (along with Brembo blanks) waiting to be installed when my current brakes are shot.....maybe by Aug/Sept. Hope I get the same results.

Get some good pads and fluid while youre at it.
i have powerslot slotted rotors, goodrich ss lines, and axxis metalmaster pads. i just use the honda brake fluid but i love the new feel of the brakes with the lines!
NICE!
I like my SS lines too, easy install.. too bad that bolt snapped on you, at least you got it to work in the end.
When I ran my Hawk Blues at Pocono, I was amazed at the diference in bite and holding power of those pads.
You'll love'em, they're crazy, really crazy.
