Function & form type 1 coils.....
just got some new at a great price has anyone who does Time attack/auto-x done it with these coils ? debating selling them but i'd kind of like to sell my tein flex's for even more. Or do you guys not ride hellaflush y0 !
them suspension were made for slam dd not autox although they are decently stiff that may actually perform if you mess with the preload but i highly doubt they last long on endurance hard cornering. about hellaflush that trend is just trash.
hellaflush

screw this!
flush / stance

this I'll consider

You can make anything work with time attack/auto cross....but F&F's are just something you use to lower (slam) a car for cheap. I can't see them being good track coilovers. I'm not a fan.
I know they have their reputation with the "hellaflush guys" lol it would be no contest but my current tein's are showing their age. And what I'd really like is some is some 225's and lighter wheels, I know our track pretty well(TMP in Cayuga) I think tires+lighter wheels will make a bigger diff. They seem to be pretty stiff still have to play with the ride height.

Id definitely go with Koni/GC's and 225s up front, 205s in back. Stiffer rear rates. 22 or 23mm rear bar. Camber setting on front: MOAR NEGATORZ (-3.5° is where I set mine), about -2.5 or so in back.
Made my ITR super neutral/super quick.
F&Fs are too one dimensional to work well on track. That was my impression of them. Combine that with the overall lack of quality...and...I'd rather put $600 directly in the trash rather than buy them first, install them, and then put them in the trash. Save steps. Put money directly in trash. Or buy something else.
My opinion.
