fuel pump???

i have a 94 rs wirh a b20vtec for some reason the fuel pump only turns on when u disconect the iac valve . was wondering if any1 has ever had this problem? any info will be healpfull

HAVE SOMETHING HOOKED UP WRONG. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE GROUND AT THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING THAT GROUNDS THE PUMP.
