Ok, car wont start. Ive got brand new spark plugs, wires, and distributor. Car turns over well, but wont ignite. Starter and alternator good. Spark is going through the wires. Pulled plugs and they dont seem wet at all, like maybe fuel isnt going to them. They slightly smell of gas, but as much as ive been trying to start the car, i would think some gas would be on them ya know? any suggestions?
My first guess would be that your fuel pump is gone...Can you here it prime when you turn your ignition to the on position...If not it's possible that it's out and you need a new one..if not sure barrow one from a friend, and give it a try...Next would be to check for fuel leaks, check all your lines..Maybe bad injectors/ cloged fuel filter...but should still start...I am leanning towards a bad pump, dude!
