Check all the fuses and replace as needed. for the heater issue.

also the heater uses electronic servo's to move the air doors in the heater system. if the hot cold air door servo is bad it will always be stuck on heat could also be the selector switch.

also try setting the heater to recerculate this stops out side air from flowing throught the heater system when switched off.

Not exactly^^^

Temp. [heater temperature] is controlled by the water valve, #3... http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...ystemcomp=List All&vinnoT=&trim=&trans=&view=normal

It is on a heater hose in the engine bay close to the firewall, make sure the valve is working, it is cable controlled.

There are two (2) "servo" motors one is the mode control motor it selects where the blower air comes out, [vents, defrost, floor and so on] #4...

The 2nd "servo" motor is the recirculation motor, #6... http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...ystemcomp=List All&vinnoT=&trim=&trans=&view=normal
It selects where the air for the blower motor comes from, inside the car, [recirculated] or outside of the car, [fresh] make sure it is working, if you fold down the clove box you can see the recirc vent and you can see if the door opens and closes. 94

The fuel sending unit should have resistance raise as the arm is raised, so you will have to pull it out to test and a Multimeter or DVOM. Try putting the vent a recirculation as you drive it should cut out on most of the air comming out while driving.

Was unsure if the 95+ integra's still used the heater valve for the heater core or not and the few 95+ hondas i have done heater core on didn't have the valve just a air door that redirected the air around the heater core.

thank for clearing that up.

A blend door, controlled by the "AirMix" motor, #5... http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...y5=HEATER+UNIT
