Default flca concern

hi, i was doing a front suspension inspection today, and was wondering if the front lower control arm bushing towards the inside is supposed to be off center. mines look like there is more space in the rear than in the front. could the arm have binded up causing the bushing to move off center, or is it supposed to be like that? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks! oh yea the car is a 2000 gsr..

didn't move when i tried to pry it. my symptoms are the car wanders a bit at freeway speed and too much neg. camber for my drop. will try to take pics tom. damn rain! also how hard would it be to replace the flca, basic hand tools? the compliance bushing nut looks like a p.i.t.a! im a novice tech btw, lol..
