Go over the car with a fine tooth comb, do all maintenance that is required (timing belt, water pump, valve adjustment, etc) as well as general services (fluid changes, oil, coolant, tranny, filters, oil, fuel, air, etc).

then

Check out some aftermarket catbacks that you find appealing both visually and sound wise.

Modify the driver first.

Take it to a local autocross or HPDE.\

since your exhaust is rusting, you will look to replace it.

things to consider:
goals (n/a, f/i)
sound (loud, quiet)
style (cannister, muffler)

after you tell us this, we can help you a little bit better.

i think you should get a k&n drop in air filter and open up your air box.

 

ok suspension i got what i said i would the ones i mentioned above, i want to go na with this car, and i would like a catbak that was quiet but gets loud when i open up the car sort of what my friends apex world series sounds on his ITR. intake i'll try to get one locally and i am waiting for the tracks to open to go to the races friday night but also know that i dont plan on a race car just a sleeper rice killer yeah well thanks for the feedback

 

if this is your first tuner start slow. lower and replace the stock breaking system, the entire system.
