this started this morning before i went to work ( dark time )so I get into my car and turn on my lights and I notice that neither my gauge cluster or radio/ac lights up.....when I turn the lights down to the parking lights the cluster and front console do light up..kinda weird.....on my way to work...I guess I hit a bump jsut right and the cluster and console lighted up ...whats up with that..not the fuse and it cant be the relay because it lighted up with parking lights and I havent done anything electrical to it......not the bulbs...only thing I can think of is something is grounding it out....but why when lights are fully on and not when parking lights are on......could use some help and/or comments to point me in the right direction

i think this is a common problem for integras cause when i turn my light on it take a couple of seconds but can be a loose ground
