firing problem please help

firing problem please help
I keep blowing a fuse, causing my car to not start (ACG IG)... does anyone know which ground it is connected to? Or any other reason it would keep blowing? My car has also been throwing a 9 code for a while, could the two problems be related?

can anyone tell me what the ACG fuse relates to? i have heard a/c, alternator and fuel pump... can someone atleast narrow it down a little....
