you can get simple green at any auto store.. ie autozone, kragen, etc

as for elbow grease, wtf is that? I dont have any grease on my elbows

 

I have the same headers.. I like them. but mine dont look that nice anymore.

umm it was really light...compared to my stock one, but id have to say maybe 7-10 lbs? i could be wrong, but it was at least half of what the stock one weighed.

i reused my header-head gasket because it only had 20k miles on it, the dount gasket you pretty much have to replace because it molds onto your header, but i got it from 10 bucks at a honda dealer
but yea about 30 mins...but thats w/2 people
