My header was that color at one point, golden, bluish color. I got into an minor accident and the car was in the bodyshop for about a week, and all that dust layed on the engine. The header is still golden color but with dust on it, no matter what I do, it doesn't come off, it's very ugly looking.
Have any idea to remove these dust particles off the header?

Try using Simple Green and some elbow grease, should take it right off.

You'll discover more of a power gain if you replace your cat. with a high-flow version.

I surely did when I went with a TP. Your exhaust is bottlenecked, so when its done, itll flow much better.

yeah, the cat is the biggest bottleneck in your entire exhaust system, even with everything else opening up, the stock cat will still be restricting the majority of the flow...put a high-flow cat in there and you'll be set
sounds better too
