Exterior Lighting Problems
Hello Internets,
My girlfriend, after having problems with condensation buildup in her OEM units, recently replaced the headlights in her 1997 Integra LS with ANZO Halo units. The lamps were presented to her as a gift from an (overly) concerned neighbor, and research suggested that they were a pretty decent brand. Although the installation instructions consisted of little more than pictrograms laced with a spattering of Asian characters...
From the point she installed (with help from another friend), the high-beams have not worked. Also, since this installation, other bugs have appeared in the system that have me more concerned. The left front indicator has stopped flashing if the parking lights or low-beams are on. The lamp just remains constantly illuminated. Right indicator is working fine. Also, when the indicator is functioning (ie, if none of the other lights are on), all of the interior lights flash in accord to the blinking of the indicator.
Here are my theories at this point:
A.) A bad fuse (seems VERY unlikely)
B.) A bad indicator relay (also doesn't seem to fit the symptoms)
C.) wiring gone awry. (This seems unlikely, as my gf claimed that installing the new headlamps was just a matter of unplugging the old lamps, and plugging in the new)
D.) A bad Headlamp/Indicator stalk/switch (Seems possible)
E.) All out electrical system hell (very much hoping not the case).
It should also be noted that, while I've got a pretty good understanding of mechanical systems, I'm not terrifically familiar with this car (or Honda products in general) Vechicles that I've owned and done work on have largely be American and old German metal.
Any suggestions that anyone can provide is appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Update:
Seem to have resolved the indicator issue. Apparently (fingers crossed), there was just a poor connection at the front indicator. There was also a loose piece of metal trim that had rusted itself free that seemed to be bumping against the wiring for the light (possibly causing a grounding problem???). Who knows. Works now, and that's all that currently matters.
High beams are still an issue. Digging around in the nose of the car has revealed that there are two loose wires for each light module. I am guessing that these may be for the 'halo' daytime running lights. Hoping that grounding these will possibly resolve the high-beam problem. Any guesses at other solutions are much appreciated!
