Yo I have a 90 teg and the **** was mad loud so I change the muffler and also put on a resonator but now I feel like I've been rob mad power. What muffler could I use with the straight pipe setup the won't make all the noise because I not fun been harrass by cop everyday. By the way project is a b20/vtec allmotor setup.

 

Well if you use a straight pipe, its going to be loud reguardless. Just get smaller diameter piping. What are you running now, 2"?

 

what muffler did you out on it?
a lot of people here will say apexi n1 or HKS silent hi power

most power will come from least restriction, and that restriction is what is causing the soundwaves to interfere with each other and cancel out /dampen

you may want to get a CAT or take it off for more power, but resonators will keep it quiet with small hp loss, its loud/power or quiet/little less power

too bad your going all motor, i have a b20 and when i put the turbo on it i can't hear the exhuast, only the engine till about 6k
