If it's for a 98 or 99 it will fit on a 95 GSR, if it's for a 00-01 then it won't fit.

The 00-01 GSR has a different length header (because they added an o2 sensor to the header - 1 in the cat and 1 in the header), so the exhaust length is the same as the 94-01 LS. The 94-99 GSR on the other hand has no o2 in the header, and either 1 or 2 in the cat (depending on 94-95 (obd1) or 96-99 (obd2)) so the exhaust piping does not fit on the 00-01 GSR or 94-01 LS.

It will fit with customization, I believe you will need to extend the 00 GSR exhaust piping slightly to mate with your 95 header/cat. Nothing a regular muffler shop couldn't do in 20 minutes - they will either cut your 00 exhaust, add a section of pipe, and reweld the flange onto the end, or they could make a small section of pipe with 2 flanges on it that would connect to your cat on one side and your exhaust on the other. The 2nd option would be more expensive.

yup, a longer test pipe would do the job, or a custom high flow cat with a little extra welded on.

just hit up kteller8 or smsp on this board - they will make a testpipe for you. As for locally, just find a muffler shop and tell them what kind of flanges you need and how long, and they will usually make it for you. Most won't put it on your car, because then they are committing a crime, because if you drive the car in they know it's not for offroad use. Don't even bother calling Midas or anywhere corporate owned.

If your using just the exhaust it should fit without any problems.

No it won't, the 00 GSR exhaust does not fit on a 95 GSR without modifying the length. If he had a 95 LS, the 00 GSR exhaust would fit fine.

Somewhere between $60-100, you could always get a local muffler shop to do one for you if you know their work.
